CPU Timer

2004

CPU Timer was one of my small “everyday gadget” ideas: a lightweight desktop utility built for the Windows environments of that era. It automatically executed predefined actions—such as shutdown, reboot, lock workstation, or launching a program—either after a timer expires or when a specified CPU usage threshold was reached (or dropped below).

The result was a compact tool with a straightforward UI and configurable “conditions.” Implemented in Object Pascal, the project was a pragmatic exercise in monitoring system state, triggering actions based on rules, and building a small but useful helper for daily use.
