Hier ist Malraum

The project “Hier ist Malraum” (2014) is a TYPO3-based website for which I was responsible for the overall concept, visual design, and technical implementation. The main objective was to translate the intuitive and artistic nature of expressive painting into a digital space and to create a calm, open atmosphere that reflects the philosophy of the Malraum. The visual language, color palette, and layout were deliberately kept subtle to give images and content sufficient space.

In addition to the design, my work focused on front-end development using HTML/CSS and full TYPO3 integration, including a clear content structure and easy editorial maintenance. The website functions both as an information platform and as a visual introduction to the Malraum concept, supporting the long-term presentation of the artist’s work and approach.
