My Coaching Toolbox

My Coaching Toolbox is a product idea I initiated to support coaches, trainers, and facilitators in designing, running, and evolving workshops and coaching sessions. The project originated from a practical need: a digital space that combines inspiration, structure, and reusability of methods in a way that is easy to access and apply in everyday professional practice.

My role covered the initial idea, conceptual design, and product vision, as well as parts of the hands-on implementation. From a content perspective, the focus was on how coaching tools and workshop methods can be described, categorized, and combined so that they inspire new formats while remaining directly usable in real-world settings. This resulted in the concept of a personal digital toolbox that supports workshop planning and encourages sharing and reuse of methods.

From a technical perspective, the platform is built with a React-based frontend and a Kotlin backend, handling persistence, user management, and the structural organization of content. The system was designed with a modular architecture in mind, allowing for incremental extension, such as new content types or planning features. Overall, My Coaching Toolbox reflects the combination of coaching practice, product thinking, and modern web technology.
