Ajax Chat für TYPO3
2006The AJAX Chat for TYPO3 was developed in 2006 as a standalone, freely available chat extension fully integrated into the TYPO3 framework. The goal was to provide a powerful and highly configurable real-time communication system that could be adapted to different projects via TypoScript and HTML templates.
The application relied on AJAX-based communication (JavaScript) for asynchronous message exchange and offered an extensive feature set, including multiple user roles (user, moderator, expert, superuser), moderated chats, room and participant overviews, private messaging and rooms, logging capabilities, as well as rich formatting and command support. The project represents a technically advanced integration of PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and TYPO3 APIs.
