eteoBoard

2014 - 2016

eteoBoard is a digital Scrum board, designed to visualize agile workflows on large interactive displays. The goal was to transfer the strengths of physical task boards into a digital environment while preserving their intuitive, collaborative nature. Tasks, sprints, and team assignments are displayed in real time and can be rearranged via touch-based interaction, closely resembling the experience of working with sticky notes on a physical board.

From a technical perspective, eteoBoard is built using Java and JavaFX and integrates seamlessly with established agile toolchains such as Atlassian JIRA and Microsoft Team Foundation Server. A custom synchronization framework (SynchronizeFX) ensures consistent UI state across multiple screens and clients in distributed setups.

My responsibilities included software development and agile process facilitation, combining technical implementation with Scrum Master and Agile Coaching activities, with a strong emphasis on usability, scalability, and real-time performance.
