CommentMetaTagger

CommentMetaTagger was developed in 2006 as a small, self-initiated utility. The application detects the currently playing MP3 track and allows users to store custom, structured metadata inside the comment field of the MP3 tag. The goal was to make tracks easier to find and classify using the search features of MP3 players or DJ software.

All metadata definitions are XML-based, making them easy to adapt and extend. Implemented in Object Pascal, the tool combines player integration, tag editing, and a straightforward UI into a pragmatic solution for music-focused workflows.
